About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Perth office. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination of inspectors, site mobilisation, and client commitments across metro and FIFO projects.

Location: Perth (High Wycombe), WA
Work Type: Office-based (Monday–Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule inspectors across metro and FIFO projects
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, and site access
• Manage inductions (e.g. Pegasus, Avetta) and ensure compliance
• Liaise with clients regarding inspection dates and availability
• Track work orders, POs, and job status
• Coordinate mobilisation for shutdowns and urgent works
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Support operations team with day-to-day logistics 

About You

• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Experience in scheduling, logistics, or mobilisation (mining/engineering preferred)
• Familiar with FIFO operations and site requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with scheduling software
